George Allen Malpass went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 20, 2022.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years Stephanie Yopp Malpass of Leland, his parents Francis and George Malpass of Leland, daughter Tosha Malpass and grandsons Kayden and Casen of Hampstead, brothers Mark and Greg Malpass of Leland, best friends Dennis Dunne and Nancy Chandler, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Allen was preceded by his beloved grandmother Eliza and grandfather Joe Justice, his loved grandparents Daniel James and Ada Leola Malpass, along with many precious aunts and uncles.
Allen’s best friend was his daddy. They did everything together from gardening, landscaping, to building pavilions, porches, and many other structures that gave joy to so many. Allen adored his mom. He knew she was the reason of why he could love so deeply, so spiritually. He thought she hung the moon. Allen also adored his younger brother Mark, who he often looked after.
Allen was a loving and devoted dad to Tosha. He made sure her life was filled with unconditional love, support, and admiration. He also helped raise his two handsome grandsons into fine young men.
Although Allen loved many, nothing could compare what he felt for his beautiful wife. They were completely devoted to one another in every way possible. He was her anchor, protector, and the love of her life. The passion, happiness, and love they gave each other built a beautiful life full of memories.
Allen loved playing his guitar, fishing, the Dallas Cowboys, and making sure his dogs, Ollie and Lil Buddy, lived their best lives.
Allen, we love you.
“Allen, you’re the love of my life and I’ll never let you go.” – Your devoted wife, Stephanie.
