I didn't know George, I stumbled upon this announcement by happenstance, but I was struck by the part of his obituary that read "George’s life may not have been filled with impressive accomplishments or awards, but to those who knew him, he will be remembered for his loyalty, his love of family, and his willingness to go the extra mile to help others." That remembrance is the impressive accomplishment. Quite possible the greatest accomplishment. Sending peace to his family.
