George Gilbert Millhouse, age 71, of Wilmington, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Queens, NY on August 3, 1949, the son of George Leroy Millhouse and Elizabeth Lamarca Millhouse.
He is survived by his wife, daughter and son.
George served his country with honor and distinction during the Vietnam War; retiring as a Petty Officer First Class in the United States Navy Seabees. After his service he worked as an Electrician and had retired from the NYC Mass Transit Authority after 27 years.
George loved animals and was an awesome Drummer. He enjoyed spending some free time time fishing and relaxing at the beach.
