I am very saddened to hear that George Theodore Starr has passed away. I offer my deepest condolences to his family for this very difficult time. I had the pleasure of meeting Ted in Daytona Beach and worked with him for a number of years back in the early 90's. What I remember most about him was that he was kind-hearted, great personality and gifted with ideas. He will truly be missed and will always be my friend. Rest in peace, brother.
