Gloria Cobb Jones

Gloria Cobb Jones, age 75 of Leland, NC, sadly passed at Novant Health/New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington on the 3rd of April 2023.

She was born on October 4, 1947 to the late Albert Morrison and Nona Cobb in Florida.

Gloria loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren, who meant the absolute most to her. She loved and cared for her parents for 12 years until their passing, even moving to be near them. She was a devout follower of Christ and her family has no doubt that she is with her Lord and Savior now.

Gloria is survived by her beloved husband Leroy Wayne Jones, her son TJ Jones (Kim) and their daughter Kristen of Cary, and her son Mike Jones (Ally) along with their children Allison, Mariah, Marissa, Makayla, Christian, Mason, and Madison of Leland, NC, along with many other extended family members and friends.

There will be a time of Visitation with Gloria’s family on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Mike and Ally’s home at 9833 N Olde Towne Wynd SE Leland, NC 28451. All are welcome to attend.

Gloria’s family has asked that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her honor to The Salvation Army.
