Harold Thomas Dozier, 68, of Wilmington, NC, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 at his home.

He was born in Southport, NC on September 8, 1943, the son of the late Edwin and Bessie Stanland Dozier. He was preceded in death by a brother, Edwin Dozier, Jr.

He attended UNC-W, Wilmington, NC and was PGA member for many years.

Harold was the youngest grandson of Sheriff Jackson Stanland of Brunswick Co., NC who was killed in the line of duty.

Surviving is his wife 44 years, Sandra Farmer Dozier of Wilmington, NC.

No services are planned at this time.
