    Gene Rector says:
Two of my most precious friends were Paul And Helen Sell. I met them at Epworth UMC in March 1990.Helen called me and asked me to teach the Epworth SS Class shortly after that and I've been doing that to this day. I have missed hearing Helen and Paul's voices as we sang hymns in our class every Sunday. Just being around them was a blast. Since Helen moved from Concord, I have missed her great smile and wonderful friendly greetings every time I saw her. One of her last visits back to Concord was to my daughter Emily's wedding, of which we have a great picture, which we treasure. I will remember her as a loving, gracious, and proper lady, who loved life and the people around her. We loved her and will miss her. My sincere sympathy to the family.

Although I did not know Mrs. Sell, people here at Epworth United Methodist Church in Concord have certainly spoken highly of her. She was a blessing to many in our church family. We will keep you, the family, in our thoughts and prayers. Glenn Myers, Pastor Epworth UMC, Concord, NC
