    Shirley Shea says:
Helen was a very special person that I knew the over years at the YMCA. She had a good word for everyone, encouraged everyone to try to work out harder, always had a smile, and she brighten many days for me just by saying "good morning Shirley" in the hall. She will be missed by many people, but I truly believe she is in a place that is for special people like her, she is blessed and blessed those who were honored to spend time with her. Helen, thanks for the memories.
