Henry Eugene Bass, 56 of Wilmington passed away March 29, 2010 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents Leander and Fumiko Bass.

Henry is survived by his wife Joanna Bass, son Cory Bass of Wilmington, grandsons Gavin and Wesson, mother in law Virginia Clover, sister in law Donna Clover, and dear friends Marilyn and Dennis Flowers.

He worked for Time Warner Cable for over 25 years.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service. A graveside service will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice.

    Joanna, I am so sorry to hear about Henry. I had no idea that he was so sick, let alone passed away. I found out at work on Wednesday when I came to Wilmington for a meeting. I am so sorry. He surely will be missed. I hope you are doing okay. He was one of my old cable buddies!!
