Irene “Bopum” Wyckoff Hall

Irene Wyckoff “Bopum” Hall shocked & surprised her family when she died suddenly at the age of 80 on Wednesday July 8, 2009.

She was the costume shop manager at the Cape Fear Regional Theater for 10 years and still continued to volunteer with them till she died. She was a Elder & member of Bluff Presbyterian Church in Wade.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am at Bluff Presbyterian Church with the memorial service starting at 11:00am Saturday July 11, 2009 with the Rev. Yoder officiating, burial will follow in Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Wade, after leaving the cemetery the friends are invited to visit with the family at her home.

She is survived by her son Steve Hall and his wife Teresa and their children, Andrew & Kaitlyn Hall of Carolina Beach, NC. A Daughter Deb Young of Raleigh and her children Jodie Young Bailey and her husband Paul and their daughter Cailin. And Matt Young and his wife Leigh Ann and their Dad Charlie Young. And a expected Great-Grandchild bringing new life to the family the first of the year. She will be missed by her beloved cat Zena.
