    Laura Ann Waters says:
Jamie was one special person in my book. He and I worked in the same DMV building in Wilmington for many years. When we would have a meal for all the employees to share, I had to be careful when I brought in a sour cream banana pudding. They always seemed to disappear but right at mealtime Jamie would bring it out. He got his own special banana pudding when he retired. He attended my husband's memorial service and I will never forget that. RIP Jamie. May God's peace be with Gail and the family.

Gail & family: I knew Jamie when he lived in Lumberton and was in one of my classes of civic. He was interested in the patrol at a young age. He invited Highway Patrolman Tim Thomas to speak to our class. What a treat! I had a great deal of respect for Jamie. His cousin Dixon Ivey told me about his passing. I have know Dixon and his family for a long time. I know all of you will miss Jamie, but I am sure that you have many happy memories.
