James Flynn 70, of Wilmington passed away Thursday April 19, 2012 at his home.

James was born in Rockford, IL on January 22, 1942 the son of the late Daniel Joseph and Matilda Hines Flynn. He was a Master Carpenter by trade. He was preceded in death by brother Thomas Barry Flynn.

Surviving are his wife of 23 years Edna Andrews Flynn, sons Tommy, James “PeeWee”, Dale, and Joseph Flynn all of Rocky Point, and daughter Regina Johnson of Kannapolis, NC.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday April 28, 2012 from 2:00 PM until at the home of Ben and Cindy Andrews 127 Formosa Drive Wilmington.
