James O. Woodward, III


James O. Woodward, III age 57 of Wilmington passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at his home.

He was born Iredell County, NC on July 24, 1957.

James is survived by his mother, Shelby Hammer Woodward; his daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Woodward; his financee, Donna Barnhill. James was preceded in death by his father, James O. Woodward, Jr. and his brother, Scott Woodward.

James was a graduate of New Hanover High School and attended Cape Fear Community College. James was formerly a professional landscape contractor and operated Lawn Care Services in Wilmington.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 11 am Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Wilmington Funeral Chapel. The visitation will start at 10 am until the service.
