James Tony Williams, III age 42, of Leland passed away on Saturday October 6, 2018.

Tony was born in Wilmington on April 19, 1976

Tony was a talented painting contractor and owned and operated  Tony’s Touch Custom Painting. He was  a devoted dirt track racer and was excited for every opportunity to be there at the track.

Tony is survived by his father James Tony Williams, Jr and wife Barbara; his mother Virginia Williams; son Kevin, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and many friends. Preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Starlings.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday October 11, 2018 at Wilmington Funeral Chapel. Rev. Eddie Watts and Rev. Jonathan Rochelle will officiate the service.
