James William Downs, age 77, of Wilmington, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at the NorthChase Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Charlotte, NC, on July 7, 1943, the son of William Henry Downs and Ellen Hicks Downs.
James owned and operated an Auto Salvage Business for many years.
