Jane Ann Chisholm, age 65, of Wilmington, NC passed away peacefully at home on April 17, 2014. She was born in Ashland, KY on August 2, 1948.
She is preceded in death by her father, Edward Morris Chisholm. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Jane Ann loved music, especially Bob Dylan, traveling, lighthouses, art, and her rescue dogs.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, H. Malette Poole, daughters Cass Chisholm and Erica Poole, son-in-law Jose, and grandson Gavin. She is also survived by her mother Mary Jane Chisholm of Earlysville, VA, her sister Nancy, niece Andrea, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends. The family will conduct a private service on their farm in Earlysville, VA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the SPCA or a local animal rescue group.
