Janet Sue Armstrong

Janet Sue Armstrong, 74, of Wilmington passed away on Thursday March 2, 2023 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She was born September 30, 1948 in Syracuse, NY the daughter of the late Charles Armstrong and Lois Vanatta Armstrong.

Surviving is her husband, Martin Kedzierski, a brother and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jan was also stepmother to me Christine and my sister Katherine for 39 years. She was also Grandma to our children. She will be greatly missed. She made the best banana bread in the whole world. Her knowledge of the business world and experience in the employment industry was so valuable and she always had the best advice for me regarding employees. Jan was exceptionally kind and had the heart of a servant as demonstrated through her lifelong passion of volunteering. I wish more had been said about this wonderful woman beyond the genetic facts.
