Jason Allen Rouleau, Sr., 40, of Hampstead, NC passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2013. He was born on August 10, 1972 in Berlin, Germany to Michael and Linda Dooley Rouleau.

Jason was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Nelson and Lucille Rouleau and maternal grandparents, Charles and Katherine Dooley.

In addition to his parents, Jason was survived by his loving wife, Natalie Lake Rouleau; son, Jason Allen Rouleau, Jr., step-children, Brandon James and Katie Ann Batson; sister, Leahne Rouleau, niece Madison Garriss and nephew Dalton Mullins.

Jason was raised in Scotts Hill, NC and graduated from Topsail High School. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rites and Sudan Shriners. Jason worked in the seafood industry for JH Lea & Sons, Inc. for over 20 years and was currently working for Atlantic Seafood, Inc.
Jason loved fishing, hunting, camping, boating, cooking and coaching his son in soccer. He was a devoted father, step-father and uncle.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013 at Hampstead United Methodist Church, 15395 US Hwy 17 N, Hampstead, with the Rev. Randy Maynard and Rev. Phil Ortego officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service at the church. Masonic Rites will be conducted by Orient Lodge #395 A.F. & A.M.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sudan Shriner’s Childrens Hospital – 403 East Front St., New Bern, NC 28560-4916.
