Jason W. Durgala, 49, of Wilmington, NC went home to his Lord in the early morning hours of Monday May 8, 2023.

He was predeceased by his loving mother, Barbara Durgala, Father Louis Durgala, Jr., and his dear brother, Steven Durgala.

Jason was a lifelong general contractor and enjoyed doing anything that involved his hands. He also loved football (Go Bills), cooking, golfing with his son, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Jason Durgala, Jr. and Kimberly Gerace of Wilmington; his nephews Jacob and Ryan Durgala; four uncles and three aunts Steve Petrosky and Judy Petrosky of Endwell, N.Y., Cheryl and Jack Durgala of Binghamton, N.Y., Ralph Petrosky of Bristol, ME, Rita and Keith Knapik of Endicott, N.Y.

A celebration of life will be held at The Coat of Arms Lounge at 3818 Wrightsville Ave, Wilmington, NC 28403 on Saturday June 3, from 1PM to 5PM.

    He's been my best friend for 30 years. Ironically I met him at the Coat of Arms as my captain of of a dart team. That's where I'll say my my farewells but he will live on through his son who will forever be my family. Miss you J, not sure how ill get through our daily texts, you're my best friend always.
