Jennifer graduated from Northwest High School and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She worked in film and media production.

Jennifer had received excellent care from the Zimmer Cancer Center in Wilmington, their doctors and nurses and for that, we thank them.

The family asks any donations be made to Community Home Care & Hospice- 117 Village Road, Leland N.C. 28541, (care of Heather Cribb or Becca Dohrman) & or give a monetary or need gift to a family you know fighting this disease.

Jennifers’ body was cremated and after a much needed rest, family & friends will gather to scatter her ashes into the sea and celebrate what Jennifer fought so long and hard for…Life.

I will miss you everyday, my little muse. You will stay with me always in my art, in my writing and in my heart. Time holds no boundaries on love. I know you are there, just around the corner and I celebrate the fact that we will see one another again. Fly and be free, little butterfly. Thank you for allowing us to share your life experience. I know you are happy and healed now. Also, I thank you for teaching me my most valuable life lessons. Love, Tammy

    Beth Brown, M.D. says:
Jennifer was a brave young woman, who brightened our day whenever she came into our center. She touched many lives by doing a News segment for Breast Cancer Awareness month, raising awareness for breast cancer in the very young. We recognize and appreciate her strength, courage, and spirit. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I remember Jennifer in High school. So young, vibrant, and brilliant! She was a kind and insperational lady. Although life happened and I had not talked with her since school I will always remember her the way I last saw her. Happy, Healthy, and full of sass! Rest in peace Jennifer and God Bless your family.
