Jerry Thomas Riggs, 84, of Murryville Road, previously of Dogwood Lane, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 8:30 AM at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington NC. The cause of death was a sudden heart attack. He was born on February 6, 1936 to James Thomas and Nola Riggs who predecease him.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Barbara “Bobbie” Riggs; sons: Jerry and Tim; brother: Ray; and nephews: Dean, Dale, Eric and Adam.

Jerry was a craftsman in the construction industry.
