Jerry W. Wallace, 78, of Delco, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly on December 12th, 2020. He was born to Roley and Esther (Potter) Wallace in 1942 and was married to Linda (Bullard) Wallace for 59 years. Jerry is survived by wife, Linda; daughter, Melissa (Steve); and granddaughters, Meagan and Maria. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and two brothers – Bobby and Charles, also known as Brother.

After high school Jerry began a long career in the chemical plant industry where he dedicated over 50 years of service. He began his career at Wright Chemical before working at Pfizer, and retiring (twice) from ADM. Jerry loved his work, his animals, being outdoors, and reading a good book in his favorite rocker or swing, but most of all he loved his people.

A memorial service to honor his life will be held at the Bridge of Life Community Church located at 2220 Mercantile Dr NE in Leland, North Carolina on Saturday, December 19th at 11:00am. The service will be officiated by Pastor Jerome Bullard and Mr. Randy Tedder of Virginia. The family requests that if you plan to attend to please wear a mask or face covering and practice safety guidelines. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Bridge of Life Community Church.
