    Allie Carter Link says:
Sweet sister, you are dearly missed. What a loving, kind, funny, and talented woman you were. Your time with us was much too short. You had more than your share of obstacles, yet you were always so gracious and full of appreciation for life. You were a support person for everyone around you. You raised two incredible children. You made everyone feel important and loved. You were gentle, but so strong. You were many things - an artist, a friend, a wife, a mother, a daughter, and to me, a big sister. You were there for all the important days in my life. I got to be a flower girl in your wedding. You sent me cards for every occasion. I saved them all because I love your handwriting. I’m so glad I saved them. I’ll miss your sarcastic remarks and your daily posts about Silver kitty. I’ll miss chatting about your trips to Disney World and the mountains. I’ll miss giving you hugs. I feel like you’re here with me as I write this. I know Papa was waiting for you on the other side when you crossed over this afternoon, sitting there in a rocking chair smoking his pipe. Granny had a fresh cake for you, I’m sure. Be at peace, love. We’ll all see you again some day. I love you always
