Memorial Gifts & Donations

Jill Marie Nacrelli, 33, of Carolina Beach passed away July 12, 2009 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice LifeCareCenter.

Jill was preceded in death by her dog Bessie.

She is survived by her mother Deanne, father Christopher Nacrelli, brother Bubba Nacrelli, sister Lora Nacrelli, nieces and nephew.

Jill was an outgoing spirited young woman who was passionate about the many good things in her life: her family, her many friends, all animals – especially Bessie, and her sensitivity in caring for others. Her appetite for life led in numerous directions and her cheerfulness and gusto brightened many a room. She loved cooking, gardening, the NFL Eagles, lots of music from Cash to Marley to Nickel Back, and she excelled in all beach activities. Our loss is a gift for the angels.

A memorial service will be 4:00 pm, Saturday, July 18, 2009 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 3rd and Harper Streets, Carolina Beach.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.

I went to school with Jill here in Delaware. Please accept my sympathies. She was a fun and wonderful person.

    Diana Rivera Lopez says:
Jill was my best friend growing up in Dover. My family and I moved to Texas before we could even begin high school together. I promised her that I would come back to see her graduate from Dover High and that I did. Last time I spoke with her was when she was stationed in Hawaii. She was a wonderful person and I will miss her greatly. I regret not having one last opportunity to tell her how much she meant to me. Thank you Ms. Nacrelli and Lora for allowing me to be part of your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
