Jimmy Floyd age 65 of Rocky Point passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at his home.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Floyd; children James Floyd, Jr., Zacharia Taylor Floyd, Johnny RedBear Floyd and Michelle Elliott; step-daughter, Kim McCaskill; five grandchildren;  sisters, Becky Hale  and Lydia Capps; and brother Brian Floyd. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edward Floyd and Lillian Floyd and by his brother Gerald Floyd.

Jimmy was a retired professioal Truck Driver from DANA trucking.

A memorial service will be held at Seagate Pentecostal Church, 238 Bagley Ave., Wilmington,  NC 2 pm  Saturday, October 21, 2017.
