Joanie was a long time friend. She was one of my first neighbors in Wilmington. She was a ton of fun and always looked fantastic. She always had her makeup done perfectly & her hair. We had fun playing golf at Echo except when she went to fast in the golf cart and threw me out. She will be missed so much. Rest in Peace Joanie.

Dear Lynn and Brian, I'm so sorry for your loss. Your mom was the life of the party. If a trip was in the works, she was always available to join in. Joan was a great person to work with and always volunteered when help was needed. I have fond memories of Joan during time spent with her at work or socializing. With deepest sympathy. Rest in peace Joan.
