To the Keegan family, Prayers for peace in your loss of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. We on Irwin Drive so appreciated Jay’s ability and dedication of keeping ‘a mile long’ street connected by emails for many years. He was a friend who will be sorely missed by so many.
