John Richard Pritchard
John Richard Pritchard of Leland, NC, died June 16, 2011, at his residence, Leland, NC.
He was born in Sayre, PA, on September 21, 1947, the son of the late John Edward and Vera Ellen (Cherry) Pritchard and was preceded in death by his infant sister Debra Annette Pritchard.
John was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army. After the Army, he was employed with Blue Linx Trucking Company for 25 years. He also loved to fish and woodworking in his spare time and especially loved spending time with his daughter.
Surviving are: a daughter, Kathy Lea Pritchard of Leland, NC, a brother, Charles Pritchard and wife Denise of Leland, NC and Billie Peterson of Leland, NC.
