Mr. Johnnie T. Swinson, of Rocky Point, NC was born on September 26, 1937 to the late Elmont and Inez Swinson, and passed on November 27, 2022, completing his journey of 85 years.

Mr. Johnnie was honest and hard working man, always making a way for his beloved family.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife Nancy Swinson of the home, two sons; Johnnie Swinson, Jr., Steven Swinson, ten grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends. Remembered is his son , Jeff Swinson who preceded him in death.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel from 11:00AM till 12:00PM with a funeral service scheduled at 12:00PM the same day, with Pastor Jerry Andrews officiating. Interment will follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
