Joseph A. Navarro, 83 of Wilmington formerly of Ipswich, MA passed away November 6, 2010.
Joe is survived by the mother of his children Carolyn Navarro, children Terry Manning and husband Lawrence, Sandra Navarro and James Navarro, grandchildren Nicole Moody, Robin Moody and Stacey Moody, one great granddaughter Sophia Buckingham and a brother Bobby Navarro.
He served in the US Navy and was Chairman of the Board for 10 years in Ipswich, MA. Joe enjoyed fishing, boating and the outdoors.
A Memorial service will be held in Massachusetts at a later time.
