Is this the Jo Kerr that lived next door to my parents, Harold and Mary Fulton? I was the oldest and was married, so i didn't live there, but I what a wonderful neighbor she was and how much my mother enjoyed having her as a neighbor---It would have been about 1955-1956 on.

    Debra Sorber says:
I had known Josephine for only a few years, sharing the same birth date with the exception of the year. I had spent some quality time with Josephine in Wilmington when I was in town. Once we played cards, a true pleasure for both. Josephine was a very special lady in my eyes, as well as many others I'm sure. My thoughts are with MaryJo, Kathy and other family members I haven't met.
