Kary Ann Tuinstra

Kary Ann Tuinstra, 55, of Wilmington NC passed away on May 13th, 2023 at her home. She was born on February 19th, 1968 in Greenville, IL. She was raised by her parents Connie Forck (Holleman) and Greg Forck.

Kary was a 1986 graduate of Jefferson City High School in Jefferson City, MO. On September 30th, 1989, Kary was united in marriage at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson City, Missouri to Scott P. Tuinstra. After graduation, Scott joined the Air Force and they moved to Colorado, where they started a family. Through the years, Kary worked as an addiction’s counselor for El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, and was a fulltime mom. Kary was a wonderful wife and mother and worked hard to maintain a healthy and happy family. In her free time, she enjoyed ATV riding with her family, camping, and listening to rock and roll music. Kary was very enthusiastic and outspoken, and shared a great sense of humor with friends and family. Kary Ann Tuinstra will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Kary is survived by her parents Connie and Greg Forck; two children Zachary Tuinstra and Kassidy Pringle (Cody), and had one grandchild on the way.
