    Logan Krenzel says:
Aunt Kathy was the best of us. She was kind, caring, loving, honest, but most of all, she was patient. I made many mistakes while she was here, but she never gave up hope that I would do better. It’s been years since she left us, and it still hurts, but I learned to live with the pain, and I know she is in a better place than she was. I still remember the day she arrived from California in person. She looked like she was suffering so much.

Kathryn was the heartiest laugher and a big hugger, and she brought fun with her each and every time you saw her. I met her on the Hyundai team, and her light was undeniable. We were so lucky to know her, and to get to laugh with her. Her spirit was infectious, and she made every room brighter.

    Cheryl Roy says:
Kathy’s boundless spirit springs out of this tribute video. I am counted in the community of those who love, cherish and are deeply grieving her loss. Our friendship began in the University of Detroit Theatre Company and spanned countless delightful adventure filled years. I fondly remember spending a fun filled Thanksgiving with your family Mr. and Mrs. Cherasaro. Kathy and I have not been in contact for more years than I care to count. My loss. I’ve enjoyed seeing and responding to her on facebook. It assured me she was well, thriving and bringing joy to those in her world, a small yet meaningful connection. I will always treasure the memories of our time together. Her passing takes my breath away. Dear family and friends of our extraordinary Kathy, please accept my condolences, love and prayers of peace and comfort.
