KellyAnn Hough Holz

KellyAnn Hough Holz, of Wilmington, NC, went home to be with the Lord, passing peacefully at Novant Health Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. KellyAnn was born on June 27, 1966 in Nassau County, Long Island, NY. She was the daughter of the late Garrett Hough and Florene (Flo) Hough of Wilmington, NC.

KellyAnn was vivacious with a most giving soul; she loved time with family and friends, sharing good food, the beach, and animals. She had a joyful presence that cannot be replaced, nor forgotten, and she will be sorely missed.

KellyAnn is survived by her daughter Kassandra Alyssa Holz of Selden, NY, her mother Florence (Flo) Hough, and her sister Colleen Hough Christensen, both of Wilmington, NC.

A Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Wilmington Funeral & Cremation.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 1:00pm at St. Mark Catholic Church. KellyAnn will be committed to the Church Columbarium immediately following the Memorial Mass.

Please leave memories and condolences for KellyAnn’s family by posting to the Tribute Wall below.

Sharon Luehs and Hon. Marcus Max Gunkel (ret) ) says:
The time is never right. The heart never ready to say goodbye. You will be remembered for all you did for others. The first to welcome a newcomer. Always ready to listen and offer wise suggestions to those of us who needed your guidance. Gathering the names and contact info for the newcomer. Service, service, and more service. You led by example. For many our time here is short, often not enough. But you made the most of what short time you had here with us. We look forward to seeing you again, knowing that time will come. You are never far away as we will keep you in our thoughts and hearts always. Vaya con Dios, much Aloha, and know you are missed. Thank you for making us a part of your life...
