Kenneth “Allen” Roberts Jr. from Wilmington, NC passed on July 23, 2020. Allen was a talented musician and chef. He started his culinary career working at Cape Fear Country Club and worked at various restaurants around Wilmington. He also worked as a Sous Chef at Ross Island located at the McMurdo Station in Antarctica as well as working for Xtreme Expeditions in Meadow Lakes, Alaska.

Allen is survived by his parents Kenny and Beth Roberts; his sister Ashlee Roberts-Houck; his two nieces Savannah and Olivia.
Also many Aunts, Uncles and cousins as well as a large group of very close friends.

Services will be at 2:00pm on Aug 8 with a small gathering after at
Myrtle Grove Baptist Church 5524 Myrtle Grove Rd, Wilmington, NC 28409

    I worked with Allen for 7 or 8 seasons in Alaska. He was a great friend and he will be dearly missed. We shared many laughs around the campfire but not nearly enough. So long old friend!
