Kenneth Gary Williams

Kenneth Gary Williams, 55, of Wilmington died Saturday November 29, 2008 at his home with his wife at his side.

Kenneth was born in Columbus County on November 30, 1952, and retired from the United States Air Force. After retirement he worked for the US postal service for 10 years.

Surviving are his wife of 26 years Sylvia; daughters Rebecca Huseman and husband Troy, Christina Bullard and husband Shaun; Theresa Hunt; step son David Santellano and adopted son Michael Williams; his father Jesse W. Williams and wife Betty; mother Iris P. Fowler and step father Rev. George W. Fowler; brothers Steve Williams and wife Marsha, Michael W. Williams and wife Ruth; sister Pamela Lewis and husband Buddy. step brother George W. Fowler, Jr., step sisters Linda Brown, Pat Spivey and Cheri Lynn Bundy. The joy of his life was his grandchildren Alexandria, Seth, Kenneth, Joshua, and Austin.

The family will see friends from 6:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M Tuesday December 2, 2008 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service.

Graveside military funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M Wednesday December 3, 2008 at Oakdale Cemetery with the Rev. Chris Gregg officiating.
