Kindle Kori (Ellis) Holmes, age 36, passed away at her home on February 18, 2012 in North Carolina from complications after surgery.

She was born October 1, 1975 in Casper, WY. She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1994. She married Jared Franklin Holmes on February 10, 1996. They lived in Casper half of their married life and moved to Ohio and then to North Carolina. They loved to travel and have new adventures.

She is survived by her husband, Jared and daughters, Allison, Kayleigh and Amanda of North Carolina; her mother, Cheryl Wahl and stepfather, Hurk Wahl of Casper; her father, Kent Ellis and stepmother, Gerilynn Ellis of Portland, OR; her sister, Nichole Fransen (Brian); niece, Sydney Russ and nephew, Spencer Russ all of Casper; her sister, Kellee Shurman (Jeremiah) and their children of Glenrock; her brother, Jack Ellis of Portland, OR and numerous grandparents; aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Leroy Eklund.

She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, granddaughter, niece and cousin who was loved by all and will be dearly missed and in our hearts forever. Her beautiful smile and laugh left a lasting impression on all who were lucky enough to meet her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Meals on Wheels on behalf of the Holmes family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
