Larry Montford Williams, 81, passed away August 1, 2022, at his home. He was born to Joseph Earl Williams and Anne Louise (Montford) Williams on December 23, 1940. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his two brothers, “Snookie” Williams and “Diddy” Williams.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Barbara; daughter, Lynda; grandchildren: Remington Williams of Hampstead NC and Logan Williams of Wilmington, NC.

Larry was in the 82nd Airborne for 3 years. He retired from The Ford Motor Company after 32 years. He loved fishing, hunting, and golfing. But, most of all, he loved working as an “extra” in the film industry for 20 years.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a “no kill” animal shelter.

To honor Larry’s request, there will be no services.
