LeeAnn Elizabeth Schmitt, age 62 of Leland, NC, passed away peacefully at her home on June 25, 2022.

LeeAnn was born on October 28, 1959 in Commack, NY to the late James Earl and Enid Arlene Hasher.

LeeAnn is survived by her husband of 7 years Paul Schmitt, her son David Krol (Melissa) and their daughter Olivia, her daughter Lauren Krol, stepsons Brian Schmitt (Katharine) and their daughters Hayden, Sabrina, and Chapin, and Daniel Schmitt (Maeghan) and their daughters Penny and Elizabeth, stepdaughters Rebecca Smirk (James) and their daughter Emma, and Elizabeth Schmitt (Brendan Welker) and their daughters Natalia and Isabella, her brothers Steve Hasher (Meghan) and their children Stephanie, Casey, Rafferty, Rory, Finnegan, and Sutton, and James Hasher (Mary), as well as many other extended family members and friends who loved her. LeeAnn is predeceased by her parents James Earl and Enid Arlene Hasher.
