Leissa Jo Nelson

Leissa Jo Nelson, 60 of Wilmington passed away on April 23, 2023 at Warsaw Health and Rehibitions.

She was born in Steubenville, OH on October 5, 1962; daughter of Floyd John Nelson and Jo Ann Pritchard Nelson. Leissa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Floyd and Margaret Nelson and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Maxine Pritchard.

She attended Harper College in Palatine, IL and worked in CA for many years in purchasing for the City of Santa Clarita. Her pastime was boating on the Orchid Lady.

Survivors other than her parents, is her daughter, Amber Tuinstra, her two siblings; David Nelson and Heather Letto.

A memorial service is being arranged for Saturday, 11:00 am on May 20, 2023 from Wilmington Funeral and Cremation, Wilmington Chapel.
