leonard Joseph Gioglio III

Leonard Joseph Gioglio, III, (63), of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away on September 5, 2023. Known by family and friends as Lenny, he was born to Leonard and Carole Gioglio on September 11, 1959 in New Jersey. He was an avid camper, and completed a section of the Appalachian Trail, invented many useful products and items, and was a talented stage and close-up magician.

Lenny is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, two daughters, Jacquelyn, and Laurin, and grandson, John IV. Lenny was a big-hearted, generous person who cared deeply for his family. He loved singing and making people laugh.

He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him.

There will be no service for Lenny, but his family would like him in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
