Linda Annette Stephenson Fowler, age 71, of Riegelwood passed away Monday, July 7, 2014.

She was born in Smithfield, North Carolina.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the chapel. A private graveside service will follow in Delco Cemetery.

    Ms Linda was a very nice lady who was a good friend to my daughter & grandson. She was always there when Heather wanted to talk or when Joshua was sick she would keep up with his progress. Ken & I got to know her as she came tovisit Heather. She was there for Joshua's birth & tried to come to all his birthday parties. She will be missed very much. As Joshua said this week-Ms Linda is happy in Heaven now!! Out of the mouth of babes.... God Bless You, Ms Linda!! We love you!!
