Linda Gayle Webb Frazer Williams

Memorial Gifts & Donations

Linda Gayle Williams, a lady of Southern grace, style, and class passed away…….. Grandma smiled. Grandma nurtured and worked nights so she could raise the kids then slept during school time.

She dedicated her life to making people healthy, happy and comfortable with a 50+ year career as a nurse in the ER, psychiatric and Hospice units. Holding hands, hugs. Family was just as important as the patients.

Grandma stretched her boughs. Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and travel throughout the world. Pulling up her Florida roots to move and spend time with her children and grandchildren in the Carolinas. A Master Gardner, always happy with dirt beneath her nails. Doting over her black lab Sadie
and their trips through the drive thru for a special hamburger treat.

Dedicated to the Lord and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Daughters of the King and Vestry Member. She left behind a brother Ronnie Webb (Linda); daughters, Julia Frazer-Madge (Joe), Ellen Frazer Cornette (Jim) and Pamela Williams Smith (Dave); Grandchildren CJ, Frazer, Jolie, Jacob, and Jamey. And hundreds and hundreds of friends and families touched and healed.

Grandma laughed. She was preceded in death by her father Tom Webb, mother Hazel Golden and stepfather, Lester Golden, and sister Virginia Land.

Memorials in her honor and memory may be made to Holy Trinity Episcopal Church or the charity of one’s choice. A tim of fellowship with the family will be held at her daughter’s home in Hampstead from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, January 2, 2015.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 107 Deerfield Drive, Hampstead, NC Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
