Lisa Anne MacFarlane age 53 of Wilmington passed away on Monday, September 2, 2019 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice and LifeCareCenter.

Lisa is survived by her husband Creg MacFarlane and other extended family members.

Heaven has gained another Angel. Lisa fought so hard to stay with us here on earth. She had a smile that literally lit up a room, even her last days. She was a Kind, funny, beautiful, California transplant/turned Carolina Girl. She will live on in our hearts forever.
