Lizabeth Ann Clements 78, of Wilmington died Peacefully Saturday August 21, 2021 at her home.

Libby was born on October 2, 1942 in Salisbury, NC the daughter of the late Henry Calvin and Vallee Juanita Grubb Sebastian. She retired from the New Hanover County Sheriff Office as and Administrative Assistant in the Uniform Patrol Division, and was a member of First Baptist Church. Also preceded in death by her husband Bobby Hicks Clements in 2001, and son Lee Dale Clements in 2011; brothers Phillip Taylor Sebastian and Johnnie Calvin Sebastian.

Surviving are her daughters Sherry C. Ward and husband Duane and Angelia C. White and husband Joe, grandchildren Thomas Patrick Christopher King II and wife Kara; Cody Tyler Clements; Marisa Clements Raynor and husband Cody; Margaret Olivia Ward (Andy Melton) and Audrey Abigail Ward (Luke Orbich). Her first great-grandchild is due in November. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Sea Lawn Memorial Park Hampstead, NC. The Reverend Jim Everette will officiate the service.

The family will see friends 4:00 – 6:00 PM Monday at Wilmington Funeral Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Duane Ward; Chris King; Andy Melton; Luke Orbich; Cody Rayner and Doug Price.
