Lloyd Earl Malpass “Rachetman” of Leland, NC went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2015. Born on March 18, 1941 in Delco, to the late Elbert and Gertrude Miller Malpass of Delco. Preceded in Death by one brother, Alan Malpass of Delco, and one son, Mark Lloyd Malpass of Delco, .

Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Mary Catherine Holden Malpass of the home; three daughters: Linda (Ricky) Todd of Leland, Roberta Sykes of Riegelwood; and Rose Mary Malpass of Leland, three sons: Roger (Angela) Malpass of Delco, Ronnie Malpass of Leland, Eddie Dean Malpass of Florida; three sisters: Gail Long of Delco, Edith Robbins of Delco, Carolyn Jean Purell of Lexington, eighteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. His best pal “Heidi”
He spent much of his life Fishing and Racing.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 10-11:00 AM. Service will follow at 11:00 in the Wilmington Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
