    Billy Andrews says:
"And a youth said, speak to us of Friendship. And he answered, saying: He is your field which you sow with love... and reap with thanksgiving.... You come to him with your hunger... and you seek him for peace." ~ Kahill Gibran I cannot remember a time that Jamie wasn't there for me. He's been my best friend for over three decades. When we were in grade school (11 years old) we were either playing G.I. Jo or in his Dad's fall-out shelter. We served together in the Army Reserve for six years. He loved me for who I was. "When you part from your friend... you grieve not... for that which you love most in him may be clearer in his absence... as the mountain to the climber is clearer from the plain." ~ Kahill Gibran My world will be empty without Jamie.

    Pete Thayer says:
We only spoke once, you were on stage getting ready to start palying at Market St. Saloon, about our having the same bass drum pedal. You were as enthusiastic about yours as I am mine. Your person seemed so genuine, so personable. I wish I would have gotten to know you more. I pray you had found God before you left. See you in Heaven. Pete Thayer
