Dear JoEtta, Cassie and your Mom: Kay and I are so very sorry to hear about your brother. I heard it on the news and recognised your address right away. It broke my heart for you. You and Cassie have always held a special place in my life and some of my very happiest memories revolve around our time working together. You made life bearable in more ways than you can imagine.
