Lydia Margaret Benton Robbins, 84 of Leland died Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Cypress Point Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Robbins was born in Columbus Co.; she was the daughter of the late Charlie Wright and Sarah Gore Wright.

She was a charter member of the Leland Church of God and later was a member of the Woodburn Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Jeff and Brad Benton of Leland and two daughters, Sherry Lamanca of Fort Myers, FL and Jackie McLaughlin Hammett of Southport; one sister, Edna McNeill of Florence, SC; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday night at the Village Road Chapel in Leland from 5-7:00 PM. A funeral service will be Sunday at 3:00 PM at the Village Road Chapel with Rev. Kenny Emanuel, Sr. officiating.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
