Margaret Elizabeth Goldbold McFayden Resident of North Chase Nursing Rehabilitation Center, Wilmington, beloved wife and aunt, entered into rest Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Mrs. McFayden lived to be 102 years old.

She was born in Wilmington, N.C. on December 30, 1912, the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Olivia Lenora Hewett Godbold and was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Hamilton McFayden.

Leaving to cherish her memory is her Brother-in-law, Horace L. Williams, Nephew’s, Harold L. Williams and Annette, Thomas R. Williams and wife Gloria, Donald J. Williams and wife Tana, Niece Margaret A. Asbell and husband Mike and Great Nephew’s, Brian L. Williams, Christopher S. Williams and wife Michelle and Wesley L. Green and Great Niece’s Christy G. Kremin and husband James , Andrea W. Horne and husband Namen, Lori W. Smithey and husband David Jr., many Great, Great Nephew’s and Great, Great Niece’s and Friends.

Mrs. McFayden attended The Apostolic Tabernacle.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be at 2 PM Friday, September 4, 2015 at Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery on Mt. Misery Rd., Leland, N.C. The Family will receive Friends at the Church at 1:30 PM. Reverend L.E. Logue will be officiating.

She was Loved by many and will be Missed by all.
